Second Mortgage Program for Energy Conservation
In the event rebates do not cover the full amount for energy efficiency improvements, AHFC is offering loans of up to $30,000 to qualified borrowers through the Second Mortgage for Energy Conservation. The loan is only available to pay for improvements recommended in the As-Is energy rating. May be used in conjunction with the rebate program.
