Reaching out 
Outreach communicates the activities, research, and applications of the CCHRC staff. Outreach activities include representing the organization at tradeshows and conventions; meeting one-on-one with home owners; producing printed and web-based materials for our members and the general public; and working with the media.
The word “education” has many meanings at CCHRC. We work with the general public to answer questions about the health of their home; with builders to share innovative cold climate building techniques and efficient energy systems; and with policymakers to advocate for support of affordable, sustainable housing in cold climates.
